To use Regulars you need the scanner installed on your phone and access to the dashboard.

Download the Regulars Scanner from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and sign in to the dashboard at dashboard.getregulars.com.

Why cashback?

Cashback is a smart way to:

When the guest signs up:

They get 50 DKK instantly
They start at 5% cashback
They can level up to 10%, 15% and 20% the more they spend
Birthday gift and exclusive offers

The checkout flow

Ask: "Are you part of our club?"

If no, say something like: "It gives you 50 DKK welcome bonus, cashback, and a birthday gift. You keep the card in your Apple/Google Wallet. I can help you — 10 seconds." Then point them to the QR.

(Psst... we call it a "membership" or "club," not an app.)

If they are already a member, ask: "Would you like to earn cashback or use your cashback today?"

Everything happens automatically. We just help them get started.

Scan the guest's card with the Regulars scanner
Enter the purchase amount
Regulars automatically calculates the cashback
Take payment as usual

Use cashback

This ensures the guest still earns cashback on the money they actually pay.

Scan the guest's card with the Regulars scanner
Press Redeem cashback
Enter the amount the guest wants to use
On the POS: subtract the cashback via the Regulars button
Enter the new payment amount in Regulars again
